available through this Website is the sole property of Turbo Tech Racing, LLC
and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
By using our Website, you signify to us your agreement that use of the Website
is restricted to personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit,
distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the content received
through the Website to anyone, including but not limited to, others in the same
company or organization without Turbo Tech Racing's express prior written consent.
This means you cannot use any of the information or content from the Website to
act as a reseller, wholesaler, retailer, broker, and/or agent in relation to the
goods and services available through the Website. If you do not agree with any
of these Terms of Use, please do not use our Website. We reserve the right, in
our sole discretion, to modify, alter, and otherwise update these Terms of Use
at any time. Should you make use of our Website thereafter, you are bound by the
latest Terms. Please review these Terms regularly. All prices are for online mail
orders only. Prices subject to change without notice.
Ordering Information And Policies
We are confident you will find Turbo Tech Racing to be
the best automotive website available anywhere. We offer a large selection of
products, a dependable and reliable ordering system, an expert professional
staff, same day shipping, and fast service. Below is an overview of the Turbo
Tech Racing website tools and policies, to help you navigate through our website
quickly and efficiently.
When you are ready to make a purchase, click on the ‘Add
To Cart’ button to load products into your shopping cart.
Within 48 business hours from the time you placed your
order, we will email you a copy of your order's invoice with shipping information.
Product images on the product page may not be actual product. It is used as
an example, as many manufactures do not provide us with individual product examples,
thus being a generic image is used.
Shipping Information
All orders are processed the same day! Orders must be
placed and the credit card must be verified and security cleared by 1:00pm CST.
All orders are shipped Ground Service unless specified otherwise by the customer.
Turbo Tech Racing is only responsible for shipment, not delivery. We ship all
merchandise complete, properly packaged, and insured. Any damage, loss, or missing
claims must be made with the carrier.
Change of Address
All orders are considered final upon placement. We will
try to accommodate address changes, however we do so under no obligation. Even
if an address change is accepted and confirmed by Turbo Tech Racing, any change
of address made by the customer after their order is placed is not guaranteed
by Turbo Tech Racing. The customer accepts all responsibility to receive the
package at BOTH addresses.
Delivery Times
Plan ahead! Save $$$ - Give your order plenty of time.
Ground Service charges are 75% less than expedited delivery services. Remember,
Ground Service delivery times are guaranteed only on shipments with a commercial
destination. If we are shipping to your residence there is no guarantee from
the carrier on estimated delivery times. Turbo Tech Racing is only responsible
for shipment, not delivery. Any delay or package claims must be made with carrier.
Normal Ground Service estimated regional delivery times
are as follows:
•WEST COAST - 4 to 7 business days
•MOUNTAIN - 2 to 5 business days
•CENTRAL - 1 to 3 business days
•EASTERN - 2 to 5 business days
•EAST COAST - 4 to 7 business days
Turbo Tech Racing is not responsible for shipping times
or delays
Returning An Item For Refund Or Exchange*
•TurboTechRacing.com will gladly accept returns
under these guidelines:
•Unused, uninstalled items, or items determined
to be defective, may be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
•Some specialty items (such as Superchargers) are
not returnable/refundable/cancelable under any circumstances.
•Customer is responsible for all freight charges
incurred with a return or exchange.
•All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
•You must call Turbo Tech Racing and have a Sales
Representative approve your return and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number.
•RMA numbers expire 20 days after they are issued.
Items returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be
refused.
•All Returns must be shipped to: Turbo Tech Racing,
1165 Clover Lane SE, Owatonna, MN 55060 and have the RMA number clearly displayed
on the outside of the package.
Merchandise shipped from Turbo Tech Racing to our customers
is always complete, properly packaged, and insured. It is the customer's responsibility
to see to it that any item returned to Turbo Tech Racing is insured to protect
the customer from loss. Any damage, loss, or missing claims must be made with
the carrier. Unauthorized customer returns, or returns that are mis-shipped,
mis-packaged, or mis-delivered, will not be 'tracked down' and are not the responsibility
of Turbo Tech Racing.
Cancellations*
CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED THROUGH E-MAIL, FAX OR
VOICE-MAIL MESSAGE. YOU MUST SPEAK DIRECTLY TO A TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
TO HAVE YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION CONFIRMED. All orders are considered final upon
placement. Shipped orders are not cancelable under any circumstances. Merely
requesting a cancellation DOES NOT cancel an order unless confirmed by Turbo
Tech Racing. Turbo Tech Racing reserves the right to take up to 72 hours to
confirm a cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed by Turbo Tech Racing.
Orders shipping the same day a cancellation is requested are considered shipped.
All cancellations are subject to a 15% processing fee. Some specialty items
are not returnable/refundable/cancelable under any circumstances (see product
pages for details). Cancellation requests on items that have shipped previous
to the request are considered completed orders, and will be rejected. Some specialty
items are not returnable/refundable/cancelable under any circumstance.
*Any situations out of the control of Turbo Tech Racing
(weather, earthquakes, carrier loss, changing your mind, change of address,
customers moving, delivery truck crashing, your significant other opening the
package or finding your credit card bill, etc.), shall not subject orders to
cancellation or return.
Warranty
Defective items under warranty may be returned for replacement.
All warranty packages must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number from Turbo Tech Racing and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred with a warranty.
All returns must be shipped to Turbo Tech Racing, 1165 Clover Lane SE, Owatonna,
MN 55060 and have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package.
RMA numbers expire after 20 days. Items returned without an RMA number or using
an expired RMA number will be refused. It is the customer’s responsibility
to see to it that an item returned for warranty is properly packaged and insured,
to protect the customer from loss. Any damage, loss or missing claims must be
made with the carrier. Only items authorized for warranty service will be processed.
Unauthorized customer warranties or warranty items that do not meet warranty
criteria as stated by the manufacturer will be denied and returned if requested,
at the customer’s expense. Unclaimed denied warranty returns will be destroyed.
Warranty returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered will not
be ‘tracked down’ and are not the responsibility of Turbo Tech Racing.
Turbo Tech Racing reserves the right to deny warranty service. Turbo Tech Racing
is only responsible for product replacement. No other responsibilities or warranties
are expressed or implied. Turbo Tech Racing may not be held responsible for
any items sold or services provided; you are purchasing at your own risk. We
do not provide a warranty for any items or services. Most items are for off-road
use only.
New Vehicle Warranties And Your Rights
No properly installed product on your vehicle will void
your original vehicle manufacturers warranty. However, if you experience a problem
with an uncooperative dealership point out the provisions of the Magnuson-Moss
Warranty - Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act. For more information
call your vehicle manufacturer or click on the link above to go directly to
the Federal Trade Commission's website to find out about this law.

General Company Policy
High performance equipment is considered special merchandise
and is not refundable. Turbo Tech Racing liabilities are limited to providing
the correct product based on the vehicle information supplied by the purchaser,
the corresponding product information supplied by the manufacturer, and the
fair representation of our advertising. Professional installation and safe use
of the products is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Turbo Tech Racing
LLC branded items are for off road use only. Not legal on public Hwy or Roads.
Turbo Tech Racing supports, yet is limited to, all manufacturers' warranties.
Turbo Tech Racing reserves the right to approve all returns and cancellations.
Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking or reboxing fee. Cancellations are
subject to a 15% Cancellation Fee. Return and cancellation requests are not
accepted through e-mail, fax, or voice-mail message. You must call and speak
directly to a technical sales representative and have the request authorized
or confirmed. In some circumstances, you must also call the manufacturer directly
for authorization. A manufacturer's authorization does not override Turbo Tech
Racing's approval. Authorization to return a product expires after 15 days.
Turbo Tech Racing is not responsible to provide proof of purchase 90 days after
the order date. Turbo Tech Racing will always act in good faith towards our
customers, however, we are not responsible for the actions of any other company
involved with your order. Line item or warranty claims do not subject the original
contract to question. Turbo Tech Racing may charge and re-contract with the
customer all costs incurred with a warranty claim. This includes, but is not
limited to, the product and freight charges regardless of the original contract
terms. Every effort to resolve a claim as quickly and inexpensively as possible
will be attempted. Disputing your credit card with a claim in progress will
result in immediate collections action. If you do not agree with these terms
then please do not order.
